WHY I COACH
My own experience: I have benefited tremendously from coaching in my professional career. Coaching sessions accelerated my career development. I know how to create successful coaching relationships, and I want to share my corporate experiences.
My passion: I am passionate about helping others uncover possibilities for transformational changes. I love partnering their progress towards personal and career excellence.
My purpose: I want to help others maximise their potential, so they can evoke transformational changes in their professional and personal lives

Achieving your career breakthroughs: At work, I have a proven track record of leading transformational operational excellence in different roles, geographies and industries. I have also revamped organisational cultures through effective engagements of senior management and board directors. I can help clients overcome their limiting beliefs to create breakthroughs at critical junctures of their careers.
Discovering the empowering and inclusive leader in you: Having worked in Asia and Europe, I have successfully managed/led global businesses and diverse teams. I can coach clients to leverage cultural differences to build cohesive and high-performing teams.
Igniting social empowerment: On volunteerism, I started Run For Funds in 2003 to empower lives in challenged communities in Asia. In the past 18 years, I have witnessed the power of purpose-driven leadership and situational coaching. They offer comfort and support in times of despair, inspiration for change and hope for a better future. Together, we can ignite the purpose-driven leader in you.
MY CREDENTIALS
I am a Certified Professional Co-active Coach (CPCC) with the Co-active Training Institute® (CTI) and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF)
Co-Active Professional Coach Training is recognized as the most rigorous professional coach training and certification program in the industry. As the largest and most established professional coach training organization in the world, CTI has trained over 65,000 coaches, including employees in more than a third of the Fortune 100 companies.
ICF offers the most globally recognized, independent credentialing program for coach practitioners. ICF Credentials are awarded to professional coaches who have met stringent education and experience requirements and have demonstrated a thorough understanding of the coaching competencies that set the standard in the profession. Achieving credentials through ICF signifies a coach’s commitment to integrity, understanding and mastery of coaching skills, and dedication to clients
I adhere to ICF’s code of ethics. To keep myself updated on the latest developments in the coaching fraternity, I have my coach and regular supervision sessions.
